These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding contract between you and xfield (“xfield”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of our website and services (the “Service”).
By creating an account, requesting a verification code, making a booking, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and make bookings. If you are not of legal age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and be responsible for your use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activity under your account.
Phone verification: we use a WhatsApp one-time password (“OTP”). You are responsible for keeping your phone, SIM or eSIM, WhatsApp account, and device access secure.
Never share your OTP with anyone. Our support staff will never ask you for your OTP. If you suspect your account is compromised, secure your device and WhatsApp and contact us immediately.
WhatsApp or SMS delivery can be delayed, intercepted, or blocked by factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access caused by compromise of your phone number, SIM swap, malware, device loss, or third-party messaging services.
xfield helps users discover venues and request or reserve time slots at real sports facilities. Online payments are for booking physical venue time (and related booking services), not for purchasing digital in-app goods. Unless the booking screen says otherwise, xfield is an intermediary and the stadium or venue (“Stadium”) is the provider of the booked facility and time.
Pricing and availability are provided by Stadiums and may change. Stadium rules, including facility, entry, safety, and weather rules, apply to your booking.
Cancellation and refund rules — including the 30-minute / 1-hour window, stadium cancellations, technical issues, and refund timing — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
Bookings are for personal use and may not be resold, scalped, or transferred for profit. Attempts to sell or broker bookings may lead to cancellation and account action.
You agree not to:
xfield includes public and private pickup-game rooms where players can post chat messages and related room content (“User Content”). Before you create a room, join a room, or post in chat, you must accept these Terms.
You are solely responsible for User Content you post. You must not post objectionable content, including but not limited to:
In every game room you can report a message or player, and block another player so their chat is hidden from you. We review reports and may remove content, warn users, restrict features, ban accounts, or involve authorities when required by law.
To report a safety concern outside the app, contact us at support at xfield.app. We may keep reports and related logs as needed to investigate and improve safety.
We do not guarantee that every report will lead to a specific action, but we maintain a process to review objectionable User Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xfield is not liable for issues caused by Stadiums, including double booking, closures, safety conditions, staff conduct, or service quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xfield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to xfield, if any, in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) 10 OMR.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xfield from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
You and xfield agree that disputes will be brought in the competent courts of Muscat, Oman, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Parts of the Service use map tiles and geocoding from OpenStreetMap and Nominatim (nominatim.openstreetmap.org).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. When community standards for game chat change, we may require you to accept the updated Terms again before posting.
